ECOPAK™ is the world’s only durable, waterproof fabric made entirely from 100% recycled polyester fibers and films. Each roll repurposes approximately 20 plastic bottles into a high-performance technical textile.

Developed by Challenge Sailcloth with over 35 years of expertise in weaving, coating, and laminating, ECOPAK™ is more durable than traditional laminated nylon, absorbs 80% less moisture, and offers superior UV resistance and color retention.
